Being released on DVD/Bluray from Warner Bros. Video Entertainment comes the seriously funny series CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL: The Complete Third Season.

The courageous doctors and staff of Children’s Hospital – brilliant, egotistical, nymphomaniacal – do whatever it takes to save sick kids lives whether they deserve it or not. The team will disrobe, do ecstasy, donate organs (except for the important ones) or shoot films in the operating room – all for the greater good.

The show also stars Malin Akerman, Lake Bell, Erinn Hayes, Rob Huebel, Ken Marino, Megan Mullally and Henry Winkler. If that isn’t a big enough cast for you there are constantly celebrity drop-ins.

FINAL WORD: I had no idea what I would be getting myself into when I agreed to review this show. The episode where they are deciding who is going to move out of their apartment is hilarious. Corddry in the clown makeup is creepy but it oddly works! The episode “Night Shift” addresses that a little more.

Seeing Winkler again is not only pretty cool but watching him play off the craziness had me laughing as well. Its hard to explain this show to anyone actually so might I suggest you catch up with seasons one and two. It won’t be a waste of time at all and if you like bizarre as much as I do then this is for you!

TUBS OF POPCORN: I give CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL three and a half tubs of popcorn out of five. This series is very funny but in the middle of it is drama that is unexpectedly touching. These doctors will do whatever it takes to help their patience.

Rob Corddry is not only the shows creator but stars in the show as well. The series is based on the Webby Award winning digital show that debuted on in 2008. Becoming popular quickly it is a twisted take on such shows as GREY’S ANATOMY and HOUSE.

The DVD features deleted scenes, a gag reel, “Glen & Mom” featurette, a web promo and fourteen episodes. That should keep even the most ardent fan happy to be in the hospital!

In the end – the doctors are in!
