You’re invited to the third annual San Diego Fathers Day Fest and Walk hosted by San Diego Classic Lions Club and The Kids of America on June 15th, 2013 at Nobel Park in La Jolla.

This event will give recognition to all fathers regardless of family type; as well celebrate family by providing an experience that everyone in the family can share.


The event is a free filled with everything related to Dad. The purpose of this event is to bring awareness to civilian and military Dads all over San Diego county. 



This walk will be a great opportunity for sons, daughters, wives or significant others to say ‘Dad we love and want to thank you for all you do.’
the starting point begins at the festival site at Nobel Park and then at the half way point stop and honor our fathers in the past at the Fort Rosecrans Miramar National Cemetery by placing one rose on each fathers grave who served in our armed services.



Event Activities include live entertainment across one stage, with artist like Santana Brothers and Mr. Rich McGee Band.

The celebration continues with lots of exciting games, Speed Stack Competition, Gunny Sack Race, the Man Cave, Face Painting and much more!



The San Diego Classic Lions Club and The Kids of America (and Heartland Coalition) is a non-profit organization that educates the community with several projects throughout the year.



The Kids of America will also be holding an electronic recycling project at the Office Depot in Mission Valley – Rio San Diego Road San Diego.
