On DVD from 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment comes one of the most iconic series for the youngsters ever with STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE: Berry Big Help.

In the first episode Strawberry and Blueberry get the chance to babysit. The adorable Baby Berrykin gives the girls quite a workout. Changing the colors that confuse everyone, Strawberry and Blueberry must find a way to convince Baby Berrykin to work together to put things back right.

In the next episode, Rasberry is working hard to make an outfit for Strawberry. Wanting to make it perfect for the next evenings show, Plum and Blueberry come up with a plan to help her.

FINAL WORD: It is hard to believe that Strawberry Shortcake has been entertaining family’s since its creation in 1977 by Muriel Fahrion and the American Greetings company. Thirty-two characters were created and each has their own fruit name and pet.

Constantly going through changes, the fan base followed without a hitch. From mothers to daughters and in some cases granddaughters, this franchise has released films, DVD’s and even a soundtrack moving into games and toys.

This DVD lives up to every bit of the history of Strawberry Shortcake with its colors, fantastic storylines and themes that continue to the newest STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE: Berry Big Help.

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment is a leader in distributing quality programming of film and television. Constantly expanding their library TCFHE constantly introduces new entertainment content with DVD, Blu-ray and Digital HD.

TUBS OF POPCORN: I give Strawberry Shortcake: Berry Big Help four tubs of popcorn out of five. I absolutely have to give it this because every little girl I know, including my own granddaughter, loves Strawberry Shortcake!

These three episodes have something for everyone to enjoy allowing families to watch together. The storylines include the themes of friendship and loyalty and, in this particular DVD, the personal rewards of helping friends.

The special features include printable coloring pages and the “Sunshine Girls” music video. The also DVD includes a Digital Copy that works with iTunes, a standard definition DVD and works with portable media players which comes in handy during car rides!

In the end – helping is a berry big deal!
