Marina Kitchen Treats Moms to a Full VIP Experience This Mother’s Day Including a Four-Course Buffet, Sparkling Wine and Family Portraits

Marina Kitchen at the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina is treating moms to complimentary family portraits as part of its Mother’s Day celebration. The restaurant, which is hosting a Mother’s Day buffet on Sunday, May 12th, from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, will have a photographer on-site to take portraits of families joining Marina Kitchen for the Mother’s Day celebration, which will be available for download on the web the following day.

“Mother’s Day is an opportunity to honor mothers everywhere for their hard work, which is why we’ve gone above and beyond to create a menu featuring fresh, seasonal fare and comfort food favorites,” said Steve Pagano, Hotel Manager for the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina. “When mothers walk through the door, we want them to forget the demands of the day and enjoy the food, the comfort and the atmosphere at Marina Kitchen.”

Mothers will receive a glass of sparkling wine upon arrival at Marina Kitchen, where they will enjoy a buffet featuring an array of fresh salads, artisan breads, mouthwatering main dishes, and a selection of savory crepes. Each course and menu item was specially designed by Executive Chef Aron Schwartz to treat moms to a special day out. The Mother’s Day buffet is priced at $38 per adult and $13 for children 12 and under. Diners over 21 also have the option of adding bottomless mimosas at $8 per guest.
