THE RESCUE TRAIN is hosting their 2nd annual Race For The Rescues Orange County (www.RaceForTheRescues.org) Sunday, November 16th at Oak Canyon Park, Silverado CA and needs your support.
Sherri’s Project; WOUNDED WARRIOR PACK.ORG is an “official partner” of this year’s event. They need your help to raise much needed funds to support their program of rescuing dogs from city shelters and training them to be “Service Dogs” to help assist combat wounded, injured, and disabled Veterans of our Armed Forces. Race For The Rescues is a 5K, 10K, 1K Dog Walk & Kid’s Fun Run to raise funds for 19 non-profit 501(c)3 animal welfare organizations in Orange County that annually saves the lives of thousands of dogs, cats & horses. Highlights include dog and cat adoptions, a Rockin’ Adoption show, incentive prizes for all fundraisers, awards, pet psychic, silent auction and raffles, food trucks, vendor booths, give-a-ways, face painting for the kids and so much more!
